UBLION PLATFORM
Process your unstructured documents the cognitive way
Ublion intelligently automates the collection, understanding, and integration of unstructured document data across your organization. The platform offers ready-to-go modules and supports any document automation use case.
Compliant datasets mean that Ublion validates datasets on standards, regulations, and rules to avoid missing or incorrect information. Ublion doesn’t just extract data from documents but also performs mandatory field validation, data consistency validation, data completeness validation, and data correctness validation (and more).
Compliant formats mean that Ublion assures that the file format complies with the chosen channel. For example, when you want to generate a UBL (e-Invoice) from your dataset, Ublion will generate a UBL format that complies with the e-Invoice regulations of your country. Or if you want to generate a Peppol message from your dataset, Ublion guarantees that the format complies with Peppol standards and rules.
Ublion offers multi-tenants structures (master-sub hierarchy) for multi-entity organizations. This means that multi-entity organizations can create and manage tenants for subsidiaries, departments, or users (groups) in order to process documents within the context of each subsidiary, department, or user. Each tenant has its own self-service GUI, connections, and document data pipelines. All are controlled by the main organization. Users can be part of numerous tenants.
Ublion is 100% machine and offers on-demand capacity for high-volume users. The design of the Ublion service pricing is based on data center resource usage and measured per month, per hour, per second, or GB used. Ublion users don’t get stalled by contracts, capacity planning, and price modeling. They process their documents when needed. Ublion charges only the compute time used.
A connected source means automated document collection and processing. Any source, format, and document are allowed. Example sources are printers /scanners, email, FTP, API, Peppol, CMS, and more. Leverage any source with Ublion’s connectivity service to automatically feed your systems and workflows with datasets.
Cognitive processing means that Ublion thinks and treats documents like humans. Ublion uses this ability to classify documents, to validate extracted data for correctness and completeness, and to determine what to do with it. No complex setup or rules are required. Ublion offers human-in-the-loop validations in case of a detected processing anomaly or if you want to validate created datasets manually.
Ublion API is an important concept in our customer’s microservices architecture. It forms their entry point to consume, manage and automate just the document data they need. Ublion offers several ways to feed your systems and workflows. Business users can use the built-in low-code integration platform in order to automate their workflows. Developers connect directly to Ublion REST API, GraphQL API, or use the Ublion API Manager and API Gateway to manipulate the data and build automated dataflows.
