Simple steps start your Ublion experience
Ublion offers multi-tenants structures (master-sub hierarchy) for multi-entity organizations. These organizations use the multi-tenants to process documents within the context of a specific subsidiary, department, or user(group). Each tenant has its own self-service GUI, connections, and document data pipelines. All controlled by the master tenant. Users can be part of numerous tenants.
Ublion supports several mechanisms to assure the completeness and correctness of the generated dataset. Examples are cross-data validation, mandatory field validation, and known data value validation, for example, based on your ERP or Public API data. You decide which validations you would like to use for which document.
Ublion offers real-time connectivity through pre-built connectors and API with both inbound and outbound channels. Inbound channels -like email, FTP, Online Portals, WhatsApp, Scanner, or CMS- feed Ublion with unstructured documents. Outbound channels feed your connected systems and workflows with the generated structured datasets.
Ublion transforms received unstructured documents into electronic formats in order to feed your systems and workflows with structured data. Available formats depend on the connected channel and Ublion assures that these formats comply with the channel requirements. For example, Ublion guarantees that a PDF invoice transformed for Peppol complies with the Peppol requirements. Ublion supports any format, examples are UBL, JSON, XML, PDF, CSV, EDIFACT, and ZugFerd. You can choose which format you want to use.
Ublion doesn’t require templates nor a complex setup to understand your documents. At Ublion, we maintain a lexicon with information about document patterns and how words are used, what they mean, and how they are related to each other. Ublion uses the lexicon to filter, classify, and extract data from any unstructured documents.
