Optionally, create extra tenants

Organisations with multiple businesses or administrations use multiple tenants. You can manage these tenants in the end user interface or API.

Each tenant processes invoices from a specific organisation and / or administration. With our APIs you can connect a tenant to a third party system, software, or tool. For example to send invoice via Peppol, receive invoices for conversion, or automate bookings in ERP.

Optional: manual corrections and validations

Ublion trains on the invoices. But, as it’s self learning it creates new invoice models. Unfortunate in some cases the training can take some time. For example a few days. This depends on the volumes, the quality and complexity of the invoices Ublion is training on. After the training is finished, the invoices will be recognized and converted to the UBL automatically.

But, If needed, you can manually correct conversions in the end user interface by opening the invoices and correcting the header, line and conditions fields.

The header and lines screens can also be used for validation. For example when you only want to accept converted invoices / UBL that are validated by a user. Especially for this, we added an roll back mechanism. Corrections can be rolled back. When the user clicks on validate, the corrections can’t be undone anymore.

Be aware that the corrections you made in the end user interface aren’t seen bij the auto training engine. We don’t use templating, matrices or other tricks.
