Powershell to integrate in minutes
Use our pre configured Powershell to speed up your Ublion integration. The powershell connects to the Ublion API and generates 2 directories on the file system of the Ublion subscriber from which they can upload non structured invoice documents and download the generated electronic invoices.
- Users copy invoice documents that must be converted to the Upload directory
- The converted electronic invoices are available in the Download directory for further processing
How to use the Powershell
- Create your Ublion account
- Setup your Powershell environment on your PC
- Install the UblionConnect module
- Import the UblionConnect module

Ublion let you configure multiple tenants to process invoices for multiple users, customers or administrations. This will allow you to have separate sets of Ublion environments for invoice processing, connections, languages, and users.
You can make API connections to each separate tenant. And the API rate limits and fair use policies apply for the multi-tenant environment.
API rate limits
Default API control settings are provided by the UBLION service. All UBLION API requests are throttled to prevent abuse and to ensure stability. UBLION institutes per-hour, per-day, per-week, per month, and per-user rate limits for each API method. Ublion let you make 1,000 API calls per hour, 5,000 API calls per day and 20,000 API calls per month per multi tenant environment.
While rate limits exist, default rate limits are more than sufficient for most API usage. To increase your rate limit, please contact customer support at email@example.com.
If you are experiencing rate limit errors, please wait 60 seconds to resume making API calls.
To avoid common rate limiting issues, please contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org
